Staff and volunteers got together to chat about the operations of the shop and café and to exchange ideas about potential improvements.

Sally Tanner and Janet Gill thanked everyone for their hard work in making Fittleworth Stores such a success. The recent Countryside Alliance Award for best Village Shop/Post Office in the South East was something to be celebrated by the whole team.

Mick Foote outlined the plans for a new counter and improved check-out arrangements to be made over the May Bank Holiday.
